At We Care Staffing Solutions we are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives by providing quality care and support to the people who need it most.

Operating since 2012, We Care was founded by a group of Melbourne-based health care professionals to provide quality health care services to our clients and emergency staffing assistance to different healthcare providers. Since that time, we have grown to an organisation with 500 staff providing health care to our own clients and have partnered with more than 100 reputable organisations to service communities across three states, Victoria, NSW and the ACT.

Our team includes highly qualified and compassionate care coordinators, registered nurses, support workers and managers all working together to understand and meet your needs and goals. Together, we are set to increase the number of services we provide well into the future, including expanding our services in regional and remote locations.
